SOP Development and Documentation: Develop, revise, and maintain clear and consistent standard operating procedures (SOPs) for QA processes, ensuring uniformity and clarity in operational practices. Writing and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports, SOPs, and process documentation to assist the accreditation team and ensure compliance across all centres. Data Infrastructure Development: Develop and maintain a robust data infrastructure to support ongoing QA functions under Accreditation and MEL verticals Training and Capacity Building: Lead training sessions, workshops, and webinars to strengthen Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) practices across the organization. Government Scheme Monitoring: Continuously monitor government schemes to ensure they meet compliance standards, achieve intended outcomes, and align with organizational goals. Skill & Competencies - · Comprehensive knowledge of government programs within the social and development sectors. · Proficient in MS Office, reporting tools, and advanced data analytics.
