B-ABLE and TATA Motors Ltd. have already partnered on multiple initiatives in the past including training LCV drivers. In order to help inmates to restart their lives and careers, B-ABLE is keen on providing skill development training to the inmates. This will be critical to ensure that they do not again resort to criminal activities due to lack of any other employment opportunities. This LCV driving training would improve living and working conditions of the trainees by enhancing their employability, income and thus empower them.
