Preeti Arora is the Vice President of Digital Skilling Solutions & Innovations, Education Partnerships, Trainer & Assessor Development National Skill Development Corporation.
Having worked with the private sector, government, and non-profit organizations, she brings in over two and a half decades of diverse professional experience designing and executing several transformation initiatives aimed at harnessing India’s demographic dividend through learning and educational technology.
During her tenure at NSDC, Preeti has particularly focused on the availability, accessibility and expansion of skilling content and learning resources in the country. Potentiating this across hundreds of job roles spread across 37 industry sectors to benefit over a crore of youth has been through effectively leveraging innovative technological interventions to enable structure, consistency, and quality in achieving the skilling outcomes across the country.
Towards NEP2020, she focuses on the confluence of the Education and Skilling Ecosystem with partnerships and models with the formal education system. Aligning procedural dialogue and enabling impact-driven actions towards Employability, 21st century skills and Nano- Entrepreneurship, while building capacity towards a multitude of pedagogical approaches for skilling the youth across levels, occupations, economic sectors, geographies, background, aspiration and orientation learning in the skilling ecosystem, her work has contributed towards pioneering enhancements in the Indian skilling scenario.
Leading the eSkill India digital skilling initiative, inking strategic knowledge partnerships bringing the best-in-class global learning resources for the Indian youth, connecting the supply and demand side have helped bridge important gaps and lent momentum to new models of effective skilling.
With academic qualifications in Science, Education, Software Systems Design, and Management, from University of Delhi, and Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Preeti is PRINCE2 certified and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), a technology-driven Learning Leader of repute having conceptualized, designed, and implemented large scale impact-based learning interventions for the Indian youth
