Centurion University of Technology & Management (CUTM), established through a legislation passed in 2010 in the Orissa State assembly is the first multi sector private state university in Orissa. Apart from its various institutes offering higher education across the state of Orissa, the University has a major focus on vocational training & skill building of rural & urban youth and has incorporated a School of Vocational Training in its charter. CUTM's competence in skill training was recognized in 2010 when its entrepreneurial outreach, Gram Tarang Employability Training Services, was selected as one of the first ever partners of National Skill Development Corporation in the country after a rigorous due diligence process.
